How does your Auto Ship Program work?

The Auto Ship Program makes it easy to automatically receive monthly shipments of freshly baked healthy, natural pet treats without having to call, go online and re-enter shopping cart information. This is especially important if your pet has allergies or requires grain-free treats or supplement treats. Place your order once and your pet receives fresh, delicious, natural or organic treats every month for the whole year.

How does the Auto Ship Program work?

  • Take advantage of the auto ship program by calling us at 212-920-4200 or 800-656-0027 -OR- place your auto ship order ONLINE by shopping as you normally would. The items available for Auto Ship show the Auto Ship option to the right of the product picture on the product page. Note: The option defaults to 'Yes, ship this order monthly! To add that product to your Auto Ship Program just leave the option as is. To remove the product from the Auto Ship Program click the arrow on the right and choose "No, don't ship this order monthly. When we receive your order we'll call you to confirm your enrollment in the Auto Ship Program and set up your Auto Ship order.
  • Credit card is the required form of payment for the Auto Ship program.
  • Your product will be shipped to you on the same day each month. If that day falls on a weekend or holiday, your product will ship the following business day.
  • You can place your order on HOLD in advance for a pre-determined time or change your ship date at any time.
  • The Auto Ship program is currently ONLY available for shipment to USA locations. The Auto Ship program is NOT available for international shipping orders (outside of the USA).
  • The Auto Ship program offer can be extended to two or more subscription per customer.

Tell me about your treats:

We offer only gourmet, 100% natural or organic treats from boutique manufacturers nationwide. Our selection includes treats for allergic animals and animals with specific medical conditions, as well as grain free treats and supplement treats that address issues like joint damage and aging. We find the products, review them and offer them to you. Only the pick-of-the litter make the grade. The selection represents the healthiest choices, made from the finest ingredients, manufactured by the most ethical companies.

When will my pet receive his monthly treats?

Your first order will ship within 48 hours of receipt. Each subsequent order will ship on the same of the month as the previous order. You'll receive an email each month letting you know that your order has been shipped. 

What if my pet doesn't like the treats I ordered? Do you offer a guarantee?

Your pet's 4-paw approval is very important to us. Most pets love the treats immediately but it may take a small period of adjustment to get your pet used to our healthy treats. It's like switching a child from candy to carrots. Some of the treats that are currently in the marketplace contain artificial ingredients that enhance the flavor but make the treat an unhealthy choice. We'll give you some ideas to help you introduce the treats into your pet's diet and if that doesn't work we'll help you select a different product for the next shipment. Your next shipment will also include a sample pack of some other treats that may be more to your pet's liking. Switching your monthly order to different product is as easy as letting us know. 

Can I change my order?
