Why haven't I heard of some of these brands? Many of the treats on our site are manufactured by smaller companies that choose not to sell their treats through retail stores. We only represent trusted manufacturers with similar values who make your pet's health their #1 priority. When will my order be processed and shipped? Since all orders are freshly baked and shipped to us directly from the manufacturer please allow 48 hours for your order to ship. We will email you to let you know your treats are on their way. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground and should arrive within 5 business days. Why are some products occasionally unavailable or on backorder? Our treats are made in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Occasionally, a manufacturer will run out of a certain item which results in shipping delays. In these situations, we will notify you immediately and suggest some great alternatives. What if I want a product that's not on your site? If you're looking for a treat that's not on our site, please contact us at shop@walkingdoggies.com or by phone at 212-920-4200 (or 800-656-0027 if you're outside NYC). We have access to a wide variety of non-displayed items. Is Walking Doggies a Green company? Walking Doggies is always looking for ways to improve our environment. We reuse and recycle and look for business partners who honor the environment as we do. Our dog walking division only uses biodegradable poop bags and all of our walkers carry all-natural or organic pet treats. Together we do our part to improve the planet one pet at a time.
