www.walkingdoggies.com is open year round, 24 hours a day for your shopping convenience. Purchases of pet treats can be made online at any time. Our office and shipping departments are open Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Our offices are closed on weekends and nationally recognized holidays. We ship Monday through Friday with a cutoff on shipments at 3:00 pm, e.s.t. We do not ship or receive packages on weekends.

Our basic shipping policy is as follows:

• For most orders we ship using UPS Ground service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous states. We do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses. UPS Ground can take 5 business days or longer. If you require faster delivery time shipping by overnight, 2nd Day or 3rd day is available within the contiguous 48 states.
  
  
• Once a tracking number is assigned you will be notified by email.
  
  
• UPS ships to street addresses only. UPS cannot deliver to a Post Office Box address.
  
  
• If there is a delay in processing your order due to product availability we will contact you immediately by phone or email.
  
  
• Shipping time includes 1 to 2 days for processing (depending on what time of day we receive your order) plus 3 to 7 days transit. Therefore, you can expect to receive your order within 4 to 10 business days from the time you placed your order. We cannot control or guarantee transit times by carriers.
  
  
• On occasion Walking Doggies may offer shipping promotions, such as free or discounted shipping. Whether immediately stated or not, these specials are only available within the contiguous 48 states and always exclude Hawaii, Alaska and any of the US territories outside the continental United States.
